Harrowsport Harbor

A medieval coastal port serves as the setting for a 5e campaign of shifting alliances, smuggling, crime, and maritime intrigue. The book details the harbor’s buildings, docks, fortifications, underground tunnels, and ships, along with gangs, guilds, and NPCs whose goals and relationships shape the city. Maps, seasonal weather, rumors, odd jobs, smuggling goods, dangerous encounters, and troubles at sea support ongoing play. A one-shot adventure sends characters aboard a smuggling vessel to recover or destroy an artifact and a map of the harbor’s defenses before they reach a mysterious race of sea creatures.
