Holding On: The Troubled Life of Billy Kerr

Players cooperate as hospital nursing staff caring for a terminally ill patient who has just suffered a massive heart attack. Through rounds of shifts they manage medical needs, respond to emergencies, and allocate limited resources to keep the patient stable. Between clinical tasks, players interview the patient and collect memories, using gathered clues to reconstruct key episodes from his life. Over a series of scenarios they attempt to earn his trust and coax him into confronting three major regrets before his condition worsens. The game combines time-pressured care decisions with narrative investigation and role cooperation, exploring themes of mortality and reconciliation.
