Kryptos

Players take the role of cryptographers trying to decipher secret codes before their opponents. Each player holds cards numbered 1 to 48 in four colors, with the color distribution of every hand known to all players. Two cards are revealed during setup, and colored chips indicate how many cards of each color a player holds. On each turn, players use the revealed cards, known colors, deduction, and probability to determine the values and positions of opponents’ hidden cards. The game is designed for 3–6 players and combines quick decisions with observation and a degree of luck.
