Lorenzo il Magnifico: New Excommunications

Adds three new Excommunication tiles to use with the base game as a small promo expansion. Each tile applies a different penalty: one forces an extra cost (1 Coin, 1 Servant, 1 Military Point) whenever a Leader card is played; another immediately removes one played Leader from the game; the third imposes a −5 points penalty per Leader played at game end. Tiles are intended to be mixed into standard Excommunication setups to vary penalties and strategic considerations.
