A collection of twenty-six plot hooks for space-age and later settings, each centered on a distinctive object of desire. Scenarios involve deciphering intelligence reports hidden in comic books, acquiring a musical meme hazard, recovering a trinket that could start a war, or escaping the influence of an impossibly comfortable bed. The material provides excuses for player characters to lie, steal, investigate, and survive as mysterious patrons, dangerous artifacts, and conflicting interests drive the action.
