A post-apocalyptic role-playing game set in 2173, 160 years after a virus killed over 80% of the world's population and left most survivors mutated. Players create Enforcers, police agents serving the authoritarian Second Republic and enforcing its laws amid political conflict, racial suppression, and a society in decline. The game includes secret political organizations, additional equipment, and a beginning scenario.
