An expansion module that adds eight durable cardboard privilege cards (seven unique effects and one rules-summary card) for use alongside the base game’s normal actions. Players play these cards in addition to their regular action each turn, introducing new tactical options and strategic choices that alter standard decision paths. The package also includes a cardboard sheet with rules that summarise the privilege effects and additionally contains rules for a separate small expansion of Forum Cards compatible with Concordia.
