Neuroshima Hex! 3.0: Pirates

Adds a pirate faction that attacks from water spaces placed outside the main board. Players deploy pirate units and special battle tiles that operate from those Water Spaces, using ranged control and placement to influence the battlefield and headquarters positioning. Pirate forces have low Initiative and limited Toughness and Mobility for non-floating units, so play emphasizes timing and board control rather than durable close combat. Cannot be used with Expanded Battlefield rules (expanded 4–6 player configurations).
