This science-fiction supplement presents 13 notorious alien characters drawn from the setting’s established species. Each entry provides background and game statistics for figures such as criminal masterminds, scientists, superhuman beings, and other dangerous or eccentric individuals. They can serve as villains, rivals, employers, or other non-player characters for player characters to encounter and confront.
