Power Grid: Taxes

This promotional card is shuffled into the power plant deck and can alter income at the end of a round. If it appears during the early draw phase, it is simply placed back beneath the deck; if it is drawn later, it triggers a tax event at the start of the bureaucracy phase. When triggered, each player pays 20% of their current cash (rounded down) as taxes, then the card is removed from the game. After taxes are deducted, players proceed to collect their normal income for supplying electricity to cities.
