This setting supplement details the Sanguine Covenant, a powerful monotheistic church devoted to Tarac, the Sanguine Lord. It presents the covenant’s history, hierarchy, cosmology, politics, holy sites, important figures, and agents, including the Venerates and sworn avowed.
