Sheriff of Nottingham: Merry Men

An expansion adds five modular rules and an optional sixth player to the base bluffing-and-inspection game. Modules introduce Deputies so two sheriffs can split duties and consequences; Merry Men as new illegal-character goods that trigger abilities when smuggled; a Black Market that awards bonus cards for being first to smuggle specific illegal items; Laws that let the sheriff select two round-long restrictions from three drawn cards; and Special Orders that reward players for sneaking paired legal and illegal goods in the same bag. Modules mix and match to change bluffing, bribery, and risk-reward decisions at the inspection table.
