This promo pack adds six cards to the game, including four alternate versions of a contract that lets players keep a train for points or discard it for resources. Choose one version for the contract deck, using the dynamite version only with the corresponding dynamite content. London Jack is a free train that provides a third worker, which can be used only for the Stock Yard or Surveyor actions. The Hot Air Balloon is another train; it holds four rubble, which can be spent to move the Surveyor one extra station. Moving beyond the final station places the Surveyor on the balloon for an additional eight points at game end.
