This rules supplement expands spellcasting options for wizards and priests, adding new spells, proficiencies, and methods for designing spellcasting characters. It includes rules for researching spells, creating magical items, and using an alternate system for gaining and casting spells, along with additional effects for existing offensive spells. The material is compatible with the Player’s Handbook, Dungeon Master Guide, and other Player’s Option rulebooks.
