Star Trek: Ascendancy

Three rival interstellar civilizations vie for control of the galaxy through exploration, expansion, and conflict. Players command fleets, discover new star systems on an evolving map, establish space lanes and starbases, and manage resources to grow influence. Encounters produce discoveries, hazards, and opportunities drawn from a long science-fiction setting, while combat and diplomacy determine territorial gains. The game uses numerous ship miniatures and a modular board to create varied setups; turns alternate between exploration, development, and strategic actions as players race to advance their civilization’s technology, secure key worlds, and dominate rival empires.
