Suburbia + Inc.

Bundle containing the base city-building game and its expansion. Players develop their own suburbs by placing building tiles, managing income and reputation, and growing their population. Available buildings vary between games, while unique goals provide additional population bonuses; the player with the largest population at the end wins. The expansion adds boundary tiles that provide bonuses, more than a dozen new buildings, income bonuses, and reputation-raising tasks linked to intermediate objectives. The game supports 1–4 players aged 8 and up, with play lasting about 1.5 hours.
