The Conductor

This superhero roleplaying supplement introduces a technology-themed villain who seeks a worthy hero to challenge, along with his fast-moving lieutenant, sent ahead to test potential foes. Both characters include game statistics and can be added to the Beacon City setting or adapted for other campaigns.
