A strategic campaign framework for a very high-magic setting, centered on the city-state of Inglemia and its ancient conflict with the magic-hating Knah'tan and the Jeshatan of the Elemental Dimension of Magic. Designed for very high-level characters, it gives the GM a foundation for an epic campaign in which players can defend Inglemia, seek its destruction, or reshape it from within. The setting supports world-shattering events, rapid advancement, and choices that determine whether the city's deep-rooted flaws lead to renewal or ruin.
