This supplement presents a bizarre NPC from the fractured realms of Dream: a strange will-o’-wisp seeking friendship through its eidolon, Laughing Lucky, a seemingly innocent bard. It includes the character’s history, motivations, secrets, and guarded dreams, along with complete statistics for low-, mid-, and high-level play. Also included are multiple stat blocks for the NPC and its eidolon, new ioun stones, summoner feats, a summoner archetype, new eidolon evolutions, and Crafty and Tough creature templates.
