The Old School

A mid-level fantasy adventure for four to six characters of levels 4–6, compatible with OSRIC and most old-school fantasy systems. While travelling through the wilderness, the party seeks shelter from a storm in the ruins of an ancient keep, only to find it occupied by a hunting band of bugbears. After dealing with the intruders, the characters discover that the ruins once housed a training academy. A hidden stairwell leads to catacombs where they must face the same gauntlet once used to test the academy’s students, uncovering secrets, treasures, new monsters, and magical items along the way.
