This roleplaying supplement expands the rogue with new origins, powers, paragon paths, feats, weapons, and mundane and magical items. It includes guidance for portraying rogues outside combat, tactical advice for using their skills, and rules for creating a thieves’ guild and establishing a refuge for storing riches and planning raids.
