The Unbound Soul

Players take the role of an Unbound Soul, an immortal being who has escaped ordinary death for reasons ranging from avoiding divine judgment to preserving mortal experience or repeatedly seeking the sensations of dying. The soul is no longer inseparable from its original body, which serves as a vehicle that can be abandoned in moments of crisis, convenience, or pleasure. Arcane Psychopomp Cords bind the soul to mortal existence and provide its supernatural powers.
