A superhero roleplaying sourcebook set in Summit City and the WatchGuard universe. It presents more than 40 character biographies, including established heroes, heroes of the past, and over a dozen villains, along with the city’s history and a map for planning adventures. The book also includes deities, setting information, and several ready-to-use adventure scenarios that can be played as written or adapted for new stories, heists, and other comic-book campaigns.
