The Whittawer

A leatherworker in the world of Solace, the Whittawer makes restraints for prisoners and people judged unworthy of polite society. Guided by a personal sense of right and wrong, this character can be added to the first three games, though it is designed for the first game and should not appear alongside the Tailor.
