Top Secret (1st & 2nd Editions)

A tabletop espionage role-playing game in which players and gamemasters create and play out secret-agent missions. Characters work for an unspecified agency in the Assassination, Confiscation, or Investigation bureaus, though any character may undertake missions of any type. The system uses only ten-sided dice, with attributes and other statistics expressed as percentiles. Areas of Knowledge represent skills, while experience points allow characters to advance in level. Missions award experience and payment based on objectives and bureau specialties. The rules include character creation, equipment, combat, and a sample adventure, with later editions adding classes, missions, abilities, weapons, and a revised combat system.
