Welcome To...: Halloween Thematic Neighborhood

Refill pack of thematic neighborhood sheets that adds a Halloween twist to the base game. Players still draft and fill street numbers to design their neighborhoods, but each new sheet introduces a trick-or-treat mechanic: when placing houses they circle either a ghost or a candy. Collecting a required number of ghosts or candies lets a player claim an exclusive bonus; once claimed that bonus is removed from the pool. The pack also includes three new city plan cards that change scoring and objectives, integrating the Halloween symbols into traditional placement and pattern goals.
