This sourcebook explores the oceans of the World of Darkness, from haunted ships and deep-sea fae to creatures lurking in the lightless trenches. It provides rules for underwater exploration and combat, along with variant Disciplines for taking existing characters beneath the waves. The book includes a bestiary of aquatic antagonists, including the alien Chulorviah, as well as setting material and two new changeling kiths: merfolk and merrow. It supports coastal, deepwater, and ocean-based chronicles.
