Can the Anglo-Spanish armies hold Talavera against the French assault? This battalion-level Napoleonic tactical wargame covers the two days of the 1809 battle, with one player commanding the Anglo-Spanish forces and the other leading the French. Players maneuver units, issue orders, and resolve combat using markers, dice, leaders, and special events. The game also supports solo play, with one player controlling both sides.
