Advance to Boardwalk
Players develop four ocean-front tracts by spending money each turn to build on specific properties and vie for control of deeds. Each turn uses two regular dice to determine development funds and a special die to select a tract, a wild tract, or a Fortune draw. Funds may be split among properties in the chosen tract; buildings stack on plots and control of a deed goes to the player with the most buildings (ties favor the first builder). When a player gains a deed, their token advances along the boardwalk by that deed’s value (opponents can be pushed back if control changes). Fortune cards grant one-use effects like extra builds or moving/removing buildings. The game ends when a player places all buildings or reaches the end; highest deed value wins.
