Cosmic Encounter

Take on a unique alien race with a special power as players challenge one another and enlist allies in an abstract battle for the galaxy. Spread colonies across foreign worlds by resolving encounters, while alien abilities bend or break the usual rules. The first player to occupy five planets in other systems wins, with shared victories possible.

First played this game as a kid, and fell in love with the idea of many different aliens. Now, I got the new version, and it looks just as good as it plays!
