Players compete to shape the Court’s composition and judicial philosophy while advocating for the winning sides of landmark cases. Clerks are assigned to cases on the Docket, Justices retire and new candidates are supported, and cases are scored as they are decided. Influence tracks represent Commerce Clause, Equality & Liberty, Free Speech, and Executive Power across three historical eras.
