Yes — when you place an Ambassador you take its immediate placement bonus and then apply the chosen side’s effect (funding or voting) as described; choose the side when you play the token and resolve its funding or voting result at that time (pages 7–8).

You may only send a spaceship as the optional Ambassador action if the special mission is accessible and you meet the mission’s requirements; the rule explains the exact accessibility and cost conditions for doing so (page 9).

Alteration tokens acquired via 6Moon are placed and then may be played according to the 6Moon rules; each token is resolved when played and they are scored later per the Alteration rules, so treat each token’s text independently when played (page 15).

Erudite tiles can be acquired and then used according to the three temporalities explained in the rules; some tiles activate immediately while others trigger at specified times or when you choose their activation, so follow the timing printed on each tile (pages 16, 28–29).

Funding a Major Project ranks players by their contributions and awards prestige based on those rankings; the Joint Major Project is funded and scored by ranking contributors as described for the projects, with final points determined by the funding order and ranks (pages 12, 25).

You pay the accreditation cost when you claim an accreditation level and you receive any associated medals at that time; those medals contribute to final prestige scoring and other medal effects as described in the accreditation rules (pages 10, 22).
