Players roll seven Christmas dice up to three times, setting aside symbols to score Milk, Cookies, Stockings, Gifts, and Bells. Gift Cards can boost scores or manipulate dice results, while Bells add Letters to Santa for bonuses. The game lasts six rounds, or ends early when a player rolls seven Bells, with unique characters providing additional scoring abilities.
