Tower
Players race to collect scarce resources from stores and use them to construct three segments of a tower. Jewels drawn from a black bag pay for purchases, while limited supplies force players to compete for what they need. A black market offers thugs who can intimidate opponents, steal resources, or rob the tax collector. The first player to complete all three tower segments wins.
