Panic on Wall Street!

Players take roles as managers or investors and negotiate and trade shares to build personal wealth. Each round features a timed, two-minute bargaining phase where managers and investors set purchase prices for company shares, followed by income collection, dice-driven economic events that alter company fortunes, and auctions where managers can buy new firms. Managers receive payments from investors and pay company fees; investors earn income from owned shares when market rolls allow. Play lasts five rounds, and the wealthiest manager and the wealthiest investor at the end are the winners.
