The Conquistadors: The Spanish Conquest of the Americas 1518-1548

Conquistadors compete to discover and loot the civilizations of Central and South America, seeking the most gold and power. Players lead small expeditions across an abstract map, locating cities and empires before choosing whether to battle, plunder, negotiate, or recruit native allies. Card-driven and procedural play includes sudden attacks, ransoms, uprisings, defections, colonial politics, and exploration. Basic, Standard, optional, and solitaire scenarios support one to five players.
