The Far Seas: German Cruiser Operations at the Onset of World War I

At the outbreak of World War I, German cruisers are scattered across the globe, isolated from home and pursued by superior Allied forces. The game recreates their campaign of commerce raiding, evasion, and naval warfare. One player commands the German raiders, using hidden movement to attack merchant shipping, disrupt supply lines, and attempt the journey home. The Allied player coordinates fleets, protects trade routes, and searches the oceans for the elusive cruisers. Coaling limits, convoys, colonial operations, and special events shape play, with a bot system available for solo games.
