Blending involves push‑your‑luck decisions: better blends yield more points but degrade dice for later rounds, while research grants persistent, variable effects and opportunities to help or hinder rivals. The game includes semi‑cooperative mechanics that let players share rolls at a cost, producing tight, tactical choices each round.
