Sammle Informationen, Geld und Bedrohung, um Stadtviertel zu kontrollieren, Einnahmen zu erzielen, Handlanger anzuheuern und die Kampfstufe deines Schurken zu erhöhen. Karten mit kriminellen Plänen bringen Einnahmen oder beschwören Batman, der sich den Schurken stellen und für Ordnung sorgen kann. Wer zuerst die höchste Kampfstufe erreicht, gewinnt und erhält unterwegs einzigartige Fähigkeiten.

This game isn't terrible, but it has a lot of problems. Lots of rules, cards and tokens are unclear. We had to look up a lot on BGG. I feels like the game had never been blind playtested. The miniatures have those terrible click bases, which means there's information you need that's really hard for any player to see as it's in that tiny window on the click base. The game works out to sort of be this area majority game, where you do your best to line yourself up to "level up" by collecting however much of the thing you need, or by controlling a certain number of areas at the start of your turn. Every so often a batman card will come along and hinder your progress in a somewhat frustrating way. This mostly just serves to extend the game a little too long.
