World War II tabletop wargame ruleset for 15mm or 20mm miniatures. The core rules cover Command and Control, movement, firing, and morale. Players issue Orders to make tactical decisions, use Area Fire or Aimed Fire to pin or destroy enemy units, and manage Battle Rating counters that shape each battle. Play also requires miniatures, a wargames table, an opponent, and a Theatre supplement with period-specific details, army lists, and battlefield rules.
