Flip City: Reuse

Flip City goes green with four new buildings that expand the card stacks and introduce recycling-focused effects. Force opponents to discard from the top or bottom of their decks, gain cash restricted to flipping and developing, leave a Flea Market in the discard pile when shuffling, or recycle it for extra cash. The Recycling Bin has no play effect, but flipping it back into a Flea Market allows an additional card to be flipped that turn.
