Players compete to form a German government by collecting cards in their assigned coalition colors. Each begins with action cards and a small amount of capital, while additional actions are revealed from a draw pile. Cards are gained through exchange or purchase, and event cards can influence the campaign, disrupt opponents, or change a player’s coalition goal. Once a player collects the required number of matching coalition cards, they reveal them and claim a payment from the bank. The player who completes their coalition first wins.
