Tokyo Sidekick Frank Attack is a board game for 1–4 players. It plays in 45–60 minutes and is meant for ages 12 and up. Ludoya players call it best with 4.

Players take on the roles of Heroes and Sidekicks working together to protect Tokyo from escalating threats. They resolve incidents, complete requests, and defeat villains while choosing character combinations that shape their strategy. As incidents spread across the city, the Collapse Gauge rises and limits the time available to act. Players must coordinate their abilities and decisions before confronting the final boss, Menace. Different challenges, enemies, character relationships, and player choices create varied, story-driven sessions. The game is playable independently and can be combined with the original for additional content.
