Adeva's Mountain Shrine

A low-level adventure for the Shadowdark RPG, set in a village beneath a mountain shrine. Each year, the village sends an innocent to the shrine as a supposed attendant for the Shrine Keeper, unaware that the victim is sacrificed to the village goddess, Adeva, who is secretly a devil. When the latest sacrifice, a dwarven boy named Orik, escapes into the mountain, the village elder asks the characters to find him and return him to the shrine. As they climb, the Shrine Keeper’s death and the village’s hidden secret begin to come to light.
