This expansion adds 20 scenarios, new Polder and City terrain, pieces for five- and six-player games, and planes in six colors. It introduces new producers and resources, including Pearls, MBA, Bombs, Ateliers, and Power Plants. New rules cover electricity, managers, art and exhibitions, player trading, cities, polder terrain, fundamental research, planes, trains, bombs, and quick-start play. It includes the material and rules from the earlier planes and trains expansion and is compatible with the second, third, and fourth editions of the base game.
