Between Two Cities: Capitales

Players are municipal architects hired to design the centers of two capital cities, balancing natural features, district goals, and civic needs. The expansion adds landscape mats that give each city a unique layout, district objectives that grant majority bonuses for connecting certain tile types, and civic building tiles that score when placed adjacent to two specific tile types (and avoid one specified type). This requires the base game to play and plugs into the drafting-and-placement flow where players draft tiles, place them on shared city grids, and score for connected areas and adjacency conditions.
