Build a city that attracts tourists by placing attractions close together, creating large parks, and developing waterfront terraces. Guide tourists to their favorite spots to earn points. Each player plans their own city while adapting to the tiles drawn each round. Tiles can be positioned to serve multiple scoring opportunities, requiring choices between waiting for a better tile and adjusting the plan.
