A modern counter-terrorism roleplaying supplement covering negotiations with terrorists and diplomatic operations, with dossiers on countries in and around the Middle East. It adds character backgrounds, tertiary statistics, new skills, training-based skill improvement, and wound recovery rules. Additional rules streamline combat and introduce support weapons, new equipment, and counter-terrorist unit templates. An overview of terrorist organizations and several standalone scenarios support play as individual missions or a mini-campaign.
