A competitive card game for 2–6 players about managing a workforce during a volatile market. Players begin with ten Employees and discard them in pairs to trigger effects based on their roles, while rare Specialist Employees provide unique abilities when discarded individually. Players race to fire their entire workforce and downsize, becoming protected from opponents’ actions and market-crash losses. Investments must be balanced against workforce management, with the player holding the highest-value Returns at the end winning. The game offers passive and aggressive strategies and satirizes corporate business.
