Its an NPC World

This tabletop RPG supplement expands the range of non-player characters found throughout a game world, from emperors and skilled thieves to serfs, healers, and other everyday inhabitants. It adds 16 NPC classes loosely based on player character classes, along with 34 archetypes distributed across the five standard NPC classes. These options support encounters with distinctive individuals, including pickpockets, local healers, and characters who command undead minions.
